Aerial (Drone) Photography

In addition to my other photography services, I have expanded to include aerial photography. You may have seen some footage from the drone’s perspective. There are other valuable uses for this type of photography.

Inspections

With aerial photography, you can get a bird’s-eye view of your property. By utilizing drones, I can capture high-resolution images and videos that provide a comprehensive overview of your property. This technology allows us to zoom in on any area of interest and identify potential issues that may not be visible from the ground.

Aerial photography is a game-changer for inspections. It’s safer, faster, and more cost effective than traditional inspection methods. We can cover more ground in less time, reducing downtime and minimizing disruption to your operations. And because I capture everything on camera, you can review the footage multiple times, ensuring that no detail is missed.

Whether this is a summer home, or you are just checking for damage or areas around your home that need to be addressed after winter storms, aerial photography is quick, efficient, and allows a look at every detail.

Selling real estate

Are you tired of relying on outdated photos and videos to showcase your property to potential buyers? With aerial photography, you can capture stunning, high-resolution images and videos of your property from unique angles that can’t be achieved with ground-level photography. From sweeping vistas of the surrounding area to close-up shots of your property’s unique features, aerial photography is the perfect way to showcase your property in its best light.

It’s about providing valuable information to potential buyers. Detailed footage of your property’s exterior provides buyers with a comprehensive view. And because we use drones, we capture this footage quickly and efficiently, minimizing the disruption to your property and allowing you to focus on what matters most – selling your property.

Building something new or renovating

Aerial photography provides a comprehensive view of the project site. I can capture high-resolution images and videos of the entire site, including areas that may be hazardous for ground-level inspections. This will improve safety and planning.

Another major benefit of aerial photography for construction is the ability to monitor progress. With regular aerial inspections, you can track the progress of your project, ensure that everything is on schedule, and identify any issues that may arise. This helps you stay on top of the project and make necessary adjustments.
